After months of planning, purging and packing, phase one of our move has officially begun. This morning was our first morning as "unofficial" residents of the Pacific Northwest, and we woke up feeling energized and rejuvenated. We went for a beautiful morning walk and the crisp air, the sunlight seeping through the trees, the sound of the sea, and the towering evergreens surrounding us felt like an inviting, quiet welcome to this new chapter of our lives. It’s a morning we’ll always remember, a simple yet profound reminder of why we embarked on this journey in the first place.
